Most of our Disney figurines and collectables are pre-loved, and we think that's part of their charm! Some are retired treasures, while others are more recent releases looking for a new home. We carefully describe each item's condition, including any signs of previous ownership, so you know exactly what to expect.

Absolutely! We want you to know exactly what you're buying. We photograph the actual figurine wherever possible, including any marks, imperfections or areas worth highlighting. We always recommend taking a good look through the photos and description before purchasing.

Every figurine gets a little TLC before heading off to its new home! We carefully inspect and gently clean our pre-loved collectables, taking care to preserve their original finish and character. If a piece has been repaired or restored, we'll make that clear in the listing.

Many of our Disney collectables come with their original boxes, but not all. Each listing will clearly state whether a box is included, along with any relevant details about its condition. If a box isn't mentioned, please assume the figurine is unboxed. After all, we know that for some collectors, the box is almost as important as the treasure inside!

We take great care when choosing and inspecting our figurines. We look at maker's marks, product details, finishes and overall condition to help identify genuine collectables. Whether it's Disney Traditions, Disney Showcase or a beautiful vintage piece, our aim is always to provide honest descriptions and help you buy with confidence.

Some collectable figurines, particularly certain Walt Disney Classics Collection (WDCC) pieces, were originally supplied with certificates of authenticity. Where a certificate is included, we'll mention it in the listing. Not every Disney figurine was issued with one, so the absence of a certificate doesn't necessarily mean a piece isn't genuine.

We take great care when packaging our figurines, but unfortunately, accidents can occasionally happen during delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the figurine and its packaging. We'll work with you to put things right in accordance with your consumer rights.

For most online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to cancel. You'll then have a further 14 days to return the item.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage. Please ensure your figurine is carefully packaged for its journey back to us.
