Refund policy

This policy applies to orders delivered to the United States by Collectable Figurines LTD, company number 17444411.

30-day change-of-mind returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email abigail@collectable-figurines.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused by you, with the original packaging, tags and accessories that were supplied. Please provide your receipt or other proof of purchase. These conditions reflect the item's condition when sold, including where it was described as pre-owned or unboxed.

Return postage and address

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage back to the UK. We do not provide a prepaid return label. Contact us first for return instructions and package fragile items securely. A tracked service is recommended.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can put it right. Please retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible. If a return is required for a confirmed fault, damage in transit or incorrect item, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

The change-of-mind conditions and exclusions do not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Change-of-mind exclusions

Sale items, gift cards and custom or personalized items are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns. This does not prevent you from contacting us about a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item.

Exchanges

As many figurines are rare or one-off pieces, a replacement may not be available. Contact us to discuss the options. For a change of item, return the original item under this policy and make a separate purchase once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility.
