Disney Traditions Maleficent Collectible Figurines by Jim Shore

Maleficent is one of the strongest display characters in the Disney Traditions Villains range. Her horned silhouette, long cloak and commanding pose make her instantly recognizable, while Jim Shore's pattern work adds warmth and carved-effect detail to a character who can otherwise feel severe. That balance is what makes her so collectible.

A Maleficent figurine can sit beside Aurora and Sleeping Beauty pieces, or it can anchor a wider villains shelf. She works especially well where a collection needs height, darker color and a more dramatic fairytale mood. Even a small Maleficent piece can change the whole feel of a display because the shape is so distinctive.

Displaying Maleficent with contrast

Collectors often place Maleficent near softer princess colors to make the story clearer. Beside Aurora, she creates the tension of Sleeping Beauty. Beside other villains, she gives the shelf authority. If the piece includes Aurora or a Good vs Evil scene, it can act as the central story moment with smaller character pieces around it.

Condition checks should focus on horns, staff, hands, cloak edges, base corners and facial paint. Boxed pieces may suit gifts or long-term storage, while unboxed or pre-loved designs can be excellent choices for collectors who want the drama of Maleficent straight on display.
