Shipping Policy

At Collectable Figurines, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and safely so your items arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
• UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
• International Delivery: 5–15 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, tracking details will also be included so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, customs, or seasonal demand. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, but we will always do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you realise you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at abigail@collectable-figurines.co.uk. if your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update it.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at abigail@collectable-figurines.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos where applicable.

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Orders

For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.

Delivery of Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock availability or packaging requirements. You will be notified if this happens.
