Which Disney Showcase Lady Tremaine Is My Favourite? I Honestly Can't Decide…

Let's be honest for a moment...

Disney heroes are wonderful.

Princesses are magical.

But villains? They always seem to steal the show.

Perhaps it's because they're often the most beautifully designed characters. Perhaps it's because they're unapologetically dramatic. Or maybe it's simply because they have all the best outfits!

When it comes to Disney Showcase figurines, I think Lady Tremaine might just be one of the finest examples of that elegance meeting villainy.

And now I have a problem...

I genuinely can't decide which version I love more.

The Haute Couture Lady Tremaine

The first is the stunning Haute Couture edition.

Everything about this piece feels refined. The rich crimson gown, intricate patterning, delicate jewellery and dramatic feathered headpiece give her the appearance of someone attending the grandest ball in the kingdom.

She isn't shouting.

She isn't casting spells.

She simply stands there with that wonderfully judgemental expression that says, "You're beneath me."  Those pursed lips.  The side eye.  I wouldn't mess with her!

It's sophisticated, graceful and wonderfully intimidating all at the same time.

If ever there was a figurine that proves villains can be elegant, this is it.

The Rococo Lady Tremaine

Then there's the Rococo Collection version...

And this one completely steals my heart for a different reason.

The flowing gown, luxurious textures and softer colour palette are beautiful, but there's one detail that immediately caught my eye...

Lucifer.

As a huge animal lover, I absolutely adore figurines that include side characters, and Lucifer has always been one of Disney's most memorable feline villains.

Seeing Lady Tremaine calmly holding him adds so much personality to the piece. It almost tells a story all by itself. You can practically imagine Cinderella walking into the room wondering what trouble is about to unfold.

It's elegant... but also wonderfully mischievous.

We Secretly Love the Villains... Don't We?

I think every Disney collector has at least one villain they secretly love.

Not because they're good...

Far from it!

But because Disney creates such wonderfully memorable characters. Their costumes are often spectacular, their personalities larger than life, and they usually end up with some of the most impressive collectibles.

Lady Tremaine is a perfect example.

She doesn't rely on magic like Maleficent.

She doesn't transform into a dragon.

She simply uses intelligence, manipulation and icy composure—which somehow makes her even more chilling.

They Display Beautifully

One thing both of these Showcase pieces have in common is just how beautifully they display.

Whether standing individually or side by side, they immediately become conversation pieces. Their rich colours, elegant poses and incredible sculpting make them feel far more like decorative art than simply collectible figurines.

If you're drawn to classic elegance, the Haute Couture version is hard to beat.

If you love storytelling and character details, especially with the wonderful addition of Lucifer, the Rococo version is simply irresistible.

So... Which One Wins?

I've looked at them from every angle.

I've tried to convince myself I have a favourite.

And honestly...

I still can't decide.

One represents timeless elegance.

The other wins me over every single time because it includes Lucifer.

Perhaps the answer is simply...

Every collection deserves both.
